The aim of this study was to determine whether the use of cannabis to relieve symptoms in patients with fibromyalgia contributes, as well as to improve their quality of life. It emerged that the participants who used cannabis reported a significant reduction in pain and stiffness, improved relaxation and increased wellbeing.
